The Fizik Aidon X5, X3 and X1 are part of the new short nose saddle range and are specially designed for use on suspension E-MTBs. The shorter shape provides more stability, confidence and control when riding heavier bikes with pedal assistance. A gradual transition from nose to side wings allows for smooth changes of the front and rear position while allowing maximum control of the bike. The rising tail provides lower back support to help riders maintain their position while riding up technical climbs, and gives more control during the electric pedal assist. The X5 variant comes with S-Alloy rails, which are slightly heavier than the Kium rails in the X3. If you really want the ultimate, go for the X1 with carbon rails.
