Описание
Test For The Measurement Of The Temporary Hardness Kh (German Degrees) In Freshwater And Saltwater Aquariums. The Optimal Value In Fresh Water Is Approximately 4°, In Marine Water It Ranges From 8° To 10°. Rinse The Cylinder Several Times With The Water To Be Examined Before Filling It Up To The 5 Ml Notch. Add One Drop At A Time, Of The Reagent From The Vial, Count The Drops And Shake After Each Drop Until The Coloration Of The Reaction Changes From The Initial Yellow To Red-Violet. Once The Red-Violet Coloration Is Obtained, Let It Rest For 30 Seconds. If The Color Disappears, Add More Drops Of Reagent No. 3 Until The Coloration Remains Stable. The Temporary Hardness Expressed In German Degrees (°Dkh) Corresponds To The Number Of Drops Of Reagent Used To Achieve The Red-Violet Color. 1 Drop = 1°Dkh. Attention: Clean The Vial After Use, Close The Reagent Containers Tightly And Store Them In A Cool, Dry Place Protected From Light.
